I just wanted you know that we had the very best catering experience with your company. Your staff was great, and your food was simply amazing.  This was our 100 tour event and I have been on board for 92 of those events and we have never had a better staff dinner.  Everyone is still talking about your food this week.

Jim it was wonderful! EVERYONE was wowed by the food but more by the fact that it just kept coming out of the stage like a magic trick. You guys all did an amazing and thorough job....honestly, people were remarking how they couldn't turn around without a platter of food being offered-up in sacrifice...most impressive.
